Shortcuts

My shortcut won’t run. What should I do?

  1. Make sure the shortcut is installed in Settings -> Install Shortcuts
  2. Click Set up on the shortcut card to complete one-click setup
  3. Ensure iCloud Drive is enabled
  4. Do not rename the shortcut

The shortcut says “Invalid API key”

  1. Go to Settings -> Install Shortcuts -> API Keys
  2. Confirm the key has not been deleted
  3. Click Set up again on the shortcut card

The shortcut says I’m out of credits

  • Go to Settings -> Billing to check your credit balance
  • Subscribe or purchase a credit pack

Subscription & Payment

Payment succeeded but my plan is not active

  1. Refresh Settings -> Billing
  2. Check order status
  3. If an order is Pending, click Continue payment

How do I cancel my subscription?

  1. Go to Settings -> Billing
  2. Click Manage subscription and cancel in the Stripe Customer Portal

Records

A record is incorrect. How do I fix it?

Edit the record in Bookkeeping Records and correct merchant, amount, date, and category.

How do I export records?

Click Export CSV in the top-right corner of the Bookkeeping Records page.

Sync

Sync failed. What should I do?

  1. Confirm the integration status shows Connected
  2. For Airtable/Feishu, re-select the synced base/table
  3. Click Sync all records to trigger a new sync

Account

How do I change my password?

Go to Settings -> Account and click Change password.
