Shortcuts
My shortcut won’t run. What should I do?
- Make sure the shortcut is installed in Settings -> Install Shortcuts
- Click Set up on the shortcut card to complete one-click setup
- Ensure iCloud Drive is enabled
- Do not rename the shortcut
The shortcut says “Invalid API key”
- Go to Settings -> Install Shortcuts -> API Keys
- Confirm the key has not been deleted
- Click Set up again on the shortcut card
The shortcut says I’m out of credits
- Go to Settings -> Billing to check your credit balance
- Subscribe or purchase a credit pack
Subscription & Payment
Payment succeeded but my plan is not active
- Refresh Settings -> Billing
- Check order status
- If an order is Pending, click Continue payment
How do I cancel my subscription?
- Go to Settings -> Billing
- Click Manage subscription and cancel in the Stripe Customer Portal
Records
A record is incorrect. How do I fix it?
Edit the record in Bookkeeping Records and correct merchant, amount, date, and category.
How do I export records?
Click Export CSV in the top-right corner of the Bookkeeping Records page.
Sync
Sync failed. What should I do?
- Confirm the integration status shows Connected
- For Airtable/Feishu, re-select the synced base/table
- Click Sync all records to trigger a new sync
Account
How do I change my password?
Go to Settings -> Account and click Change password.
